RESERVATION AND SERVICES POLICIES

  • Any reservation request for tours or tourist services that are confirmed will be guaranteed.
  • The confirmation of the requested reservation will be informed through an e-mail indicating the reservation code of each tour or requested tourist service.
  • The confirmation of the services will proceed after having received your reservation request online, or having received a guarantee deposit in US dollars.
  • To receive detailed information about the tour; One day before your trip, you must go to our office in Cusco – Pachacuteq T-8 Residential Complex of the Wanchaq district.
  • The client must identify himself with his passport or identity document plus the migration form (card that he will receive upon entering Peru) and mention the reservation confirmation code to start the provision of tourist services.
  • The total payment for tours and tourist services must be made at least 24 hours before the date indicated as the start of the travel program.
  • Payments can only be made in cash (US Dollars or national currency).
  • For payments that involve an exchange rate operation between national currency and dollars, said exchange rate will be determined by the Travel Agency according to the margin of the national market.
  • For the income of Huaynapicchu or Machupicchu mountain plus USD $ 20.- (Reserve 03 months in advance) depending on availability.
  • Optional activities such as zip lines, canoeing or ATVs have an additional cost that are not included in the tour fee.

 

PENALTIES:

Deposits are not refundable at all.

With the exception of deposits with full payments:

Any cancellation of booking of tourist packages by the passenger 45 days before the start date of the tour will be penalized with 25% of the total amount

Any cancellation of reservation of tourist packages by the passenger with 30 days or in advance of the start date of the tour will be penalized with 50% of the total amount.

Any cancellation of booking of tourist packages made by the passenger less than 30 days before the start date of the tour will be subject to a penalty of 100% of the price of the program.

Release of responsibility:

Weather reasons, inconvenience derived by nature, or any other unforeseen or fortuitous cause, social conflict, strikes, work stoppages, may cause delays and / or changes in the tourist service program, which will not imply any kind of of obligation or responsibility on the part of our company.

Portions of the tour or tour service not used by the passenger’s decision will not be reimbursable once the tour or tour service is in operation.

Security conditions:

Our company reserves the right, depending on its criteria, to cancel the tourist service to customers who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or in any way outside the control of their faculties that for any circumstance or state, means a danger current or potential for your own safety and that of other passengers.
